A fully equipped RV slot rents for $55 per night for 2 nights or less. $50 per night for 3 to 6 nights and $44 per night for longer stays -- starting at a flat monthly rate of $1,200 for a single month. (See Cancelation Policy, however, which voids discounts.)
We can also consider a special monthly rate where desired. The exterior patios and grounds within the fenced acreage is for use by all of our guests BUT please do NOT cross any fences into the surrounding properties. The exterior screen porch (w/ ceiling fans, TV, cooking amenities and bathroom) leases for an additional $90 per day/night.
The 2BR 1 Full Bath guesthouse leases for $225 per night plus a $100 cleaning fee. (NOTE: These prices are in addition to the lease for the RV spot, which is required to have access to the other amenities.)
Deposits are required and Cancellation Policies are applicable -- So, please read Park Rules and Regulations before booking. All guests will be presumed to have agreed with these Rules once a reservation is made and a deposit is accepted.
